A Reception will be held on campus after each session.

Academic Gowns

Those graduating must present in academic robes for the Conferring Ceremony.  These robes are only available for hire online at armstrongandoxford.com. Gowns may not be hired on the day of graduation. The hire cost will be €25.00.  Gowns will be available for collection from Room B1082 (around the corner from the NEW Booknest shop).

You should arrange to have your gown collected at least two hours before the commencement of the session at which you are being conferred (with the exception of the first session on Thursday and Friday morning, when gowns are only available for one hour prior to the session – in this instance you may wish to pick up your gown on the evening before from 16.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs only.)  In the event that you cannot collect your gown personally it is acceptable for a family member or friend to collect it in your name, provided they know your exact qualification. It is important that you return your gown immediately after the Ceremony.  Failure to return your gown will incur a fine of €50.

Photographs

The Institute has appointed official photographers, who will be available to take photographs in B1080, B1081 and B1086 (also located around the corner from the NEW Booknest Shop).  A Parchment Framing Service will also be located along this corridor.

Guest Ticket Booking

Please note that Ticketmaster will be available up to Tuesday 28th October @ 5.00pm to print your ticket for your guests.  One ticket will admit two guests.  After 5 p.m. on this date, this link will no longer be available.  Please be advised that there will be no entry to graduation without a valid ticket booked through Ticketmaster.

Please do not contact Ticketmaster until you hear from them. Tickets will NOT be available until Ticketmaster contact you.
