downloadmusic.ie allows music fans to buy and download MP3s to their mobile phones by charging the cost of the MP3 to their pre-pay or monthly bill.

This has the double advantage of removing the requirement to have a credit card when purchasing digital music, and delivering the music directly to the user’s playback device.
