Transcript of Results

A transcripts of results (Grademailer) will issue to Digitary CORE for you. This will provide details of your programme, modules, grades and overall academic standing.

For ATU Sligo transcripts are issued

  • by Mid July and /or End October for all full time students.
  • By End March, Mid July and / End October for Certificates and other awards once all requirements for the award are completed.

Parchments

Major Awards

All students who have completed a major award will be invited to a ceremony receive their parchments. These include

  • Level 6 Higher Certificate,
  • Level 7 Ordinary Degree,
  • Level 8 Honours Degree,
  • Level 8 Higher Diploma,
  • Level 9 Post Graduate Diplomas,
  • Level 9 Masters Degree (Taught and by Research) and
  • Level 10 Doctorate Degree.

An eParchment will also be issued to your Digitary CORE account by the end of November. You will receive an email notification.

Special Purpose, Single Module and other non-Major Awards

Students who completed an award other than the ones listed above e.g. special purpose award, certificate or single module certificate will receive eParchments Digitary CORE only and not at an in-person ceremony.

The eParchment will be issued by end of March or end of November depending on when you completed the award. You will receive an email notification.

Major Awards not distributed at conferring

For who have graduated with a major award but did not attend conferring, you can request a hardcopy parchment to be posted to you by following the instruction on the invitation email. There will be a €20 charge for this service to be paid to a specific bank account to cover the cost of registered post.

Qualifier Exams 

Qualifier results are not available in your Student Service Account on-line. If you completed a qualifier exam please contact your Department admin to receive those exam results.

 

If you are About to graduate from the ATU it is important that you link your personal email address to your Digitary CORE account to ensure lifelong access to your documents.
