Current Students

The Access Office offers a range of diverse services to students studying at IT Sligo.

For students with disabilities these include

• Learning support for students with dyslexia
• General support and assistive technology for students with disabilities or ongoing illnesses
• Applications to the Fund for Students with Disabilities
• Ccreening for students who may suspect that they have dyslexia or specific learning difficulties.

The Access Office also administers financial support to full-time students in the form of the Childcare Allowance and the Student Assistance Fund.

The Access Office also provides a lunchtime drop in facility for Mature Students on a daily basis in Room B1083 from 1-2pm.
