I am a Lecturer based in the Department of Business. I teach modules in Communication, People Management and Leadership. I am interested in Problem-based Learning and UDL and undertake action research in these areas. I am a member of CRISP, the Strategic Research Group based in the School of Business & Social Sciences. I am currently a PhD candidate in the Queen's University of Belfast in the School of Arts, English & Languages. My research project is titled:Style Shaping Substance: A Discourse Analysis of Female Politicians' Self and Media Representation in Northern Ireland.
I am an elected member of the Academic Council, and a member of the Learning Teaching Assessment sub committee and the Planning and Co-ordination sub committee.
