Alan Kelly previously worked as a Bank Official and as the manager of an IT training centre where he developed, administered and delivered training courses to various adult groups. He has a L8 Honours Bachelor of Business, an MSc in Computing and Information Systems and an Masters of Arts in Digital Media in Education. In 2000 he was appointed lecturer in IT Sligo with his main subject areas being Digital Marketing, Digital Media and ICT. Alan has been on the development committee and programme chair of the BSc in Creative Media & Web Development and Bachelor of Business in Digital Marketing programmes. He also lectures on the MSc in Marketing and has supervised a number of dissertations on this programme in Digital Marketing. He is currently working towards a Doctorate of Business Administration looking at customer experience technology in higher education. |
