Rose Banaghan-Sesta has been involved in the areas of teaching and learning for over twenty years. She has a strong commitment to quality teaching and learning practices which enhance student academic participation and interpersonal confidence. Her teaching areas are gender theories and practices; communicative practice in intrapersonal and interpersonal contexts; reflective practice in learning and professional contexts; and critical thinking as academic engagement.
