Students from IT Sligo’s Creative Practice Programmes examined Sligo’s Identity for their Culture Night exhibition, which was held in the Johnston’s Court Shopping Centre.
Ten visual, experimental and thought provoking projects by students of Creative Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Performing Arts and Fine Art revealed aspects of Sligo’s surroundings, history and culture that might not be widely acknowledged.
The skills brought by each of the creative disciplines were demonstrated in the diversity of displays, which included photography, collage, sculpture, set design, models and film.
