Are you aware of the upcoming BIM requirements in Ireland?

In January 2024, Government Capital Work Management Framework (CWMF) requires, Client, Consultant and Contractor to implement BIM to ISO 19650 standard. Over the course of four years, these requirements will progressively expand to encompass consultants and contractors, including projects valued at less than €1 million. Ultimately, all public works projects in Ireland will be required to incorporate BIM. The BIM module detail, when, where and how to implement BIM into CWMF contracts and best practices for managing this process.

Testimonials

"As I was originally from an architectural technologist and sustainable building technology background, I chose to select all my modules from solely the construction industry stream. However, there are options to select from other industry streams like general and computing industry, so you can blend modules across multiple streams where possible." - David Murphy
