Amber Flag Award For IT Sligo

Institute of Technology, Sligo has been awarded the Amber Flag in recognition of the dedication and hard work that the Institute’s Students’ Union, the Student Counselling Service and the Mental Health Society do in promoting positive mental health on campus.

The Amber Flag initiative was developed by Suicide Aware.

It aims to encourage colleges/clubs/societies/organisations to promote and actively bring about a culture change in the promotion of positive mental health within the educational system.
