Induction 2019 – Online Learners
This year induction for Online Learners at ITSligo will take place on the following dates:
Thursday 5th September – Students from Faculty of Science and Faculty of Business & Social Sciences

Friday 6th September – Students from Faculty of Engineering & Design

PLEASE NOTE: All students must register their attendance in advance
During your induction day you will get the opportunity to meet your course co-ordinators, lecturers and fellow students with ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You will also receive the following:
- Training on the virtual learning environment (Moodle)
- Key information on Examinations
- Information on Technology Services & Supports available to online students
- Information on Library Services specific to online students
- Overview of your programme, modules and how to access your online lectures.
- Your student ID Card
- Opportunity to register/check you are registered and have access to Moodle
- We strongly encourage all applicants to attend their Induction Day and to register their attendance in advance.
