- I certify that the information given by me in this application is correct and accurate and that if I am admitted as a student I will abide by the regulations of IT Sligo.
- I understand that IT Sligo may at any point in time seek to inspect original documentation evidencing previous qualifications, nationality or any other information provided electronically or by post to the Institute.
- In confirming this declaration, I am granting permission to IT Sligo to request documentary proof of my qualifications and/or other information from me or any appropriate organisation.
- I further understand that furnishing the Institute with false, misleading, or incomplete information relating to my application may be cause for IT Sligo to deny my admission to the course, my removal from the course or to take other appropriate action.
-I understand that IT Sligo will share information about my application with the Irish Immigration Services and Department of Justice and Equality for visa and immigration purposes.
