The annual IT Sligo Interior Architecture Exhibition takes place this Thursday 27 May from 5pm to 8pm in the Student Services Centre. The exhibition will showcase the works of the interior architecture students from 1st -5th year. Projects on display showcase the expertise in the design of interiors dealing with areas including domestic, recreational, commercial and industrial spaces.
Specific displays range from visitors centre, designing installations in context with a period dwelling, the re-development of unused buildings and spaces, spaces for learning, food emporiums and many more. The projects solve design problems creatively, three-dimensionally and technically, giving audiences a real feel for what is involved in designing and planning at this level.
