We understand it can be difficult to know exactly what area of computing to specialise in. That is why all our computing programmes have a common first year. Study a wide variety of modules in Year 1 before deciding what area to specialise in at the beginning of Year 2.
We work closely with industry to develop our programmes. This means you graduate with the skills employers want. Our graduates are in high demand and the average graduate wage is over €30k. In fact, a recent graduate started on almost €45k as a Cloud Support Associate with Amazon.
Students undertake an industry-based project. Companies pitch their ideas and students work in a team towards a solution that will wow employers. A work placement not only allows real world experience, over 70% of our students gain employment directly from their work placement.
