Seán Gallagher of the Irish Dragon’s Den
Dragon Den’s star Sean Gallagher is one of the judges lined up to take part in an enterprise competition for secondary students being organised by Bachelor of Business in Marketing student at IT Sligo.
The competition will take place at IT Sligo next Wednesday, April 6th and will feature entries from transition year and L.C.V.P students from Sligo, Leitrim, south Donegal, north Mayo and north Roscommon.
Each school will be represented by a team, or a number of teams, which will give a five minute pitch on their innovative idea.
Others judges include Carole Brennan, Enterprise Ireland, and Pat Scanlon, Head of the School of Business.
Bank of Ireland is the main sponsor of the event and cash prizes and iPods are up for grabs for the most entrepreneurial idea.
