The Last Days of Judas Iscariot will be performed by fourth year acting students from IT Sligo’s BA in Performing Arts as their Graduation Show in The Factory Performance Space on Thursday 7th Friday 8th and Saturday June 9th at 8pm.
Directed by Padraic McIntyre and written by Stephen Adly Guirgis, the play is set in a courtroom in Downtown Purgatory, where troubled souls wait to be permanently assigned to either Heaven or Hell. Judas, the Bible’s most notorious sinner is on trial. What gives the play its life is that Guirgis handles big issues with comic flair.
Both performances start at 8pm and admission is €10.
