Have you an interest in nature and outdoor activities? Does the interaction between people and the environment appeal to you?
A field event will be hosted by the Department of Environment Science at IT Sligo on Saturday the 14th of April, 2018 from 1pm to 5pm.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend Open Day for course information at IT Sligo during the morning and early afternoon on the above date.
Come along and experience the work of an Environmental Scientist. Exciting field activities on the day will include a visit to near-by sites of geological interest, water quality assessment and soil sampling.
The field day will be of particular interest to those considering studying Environmental Science at IT Sligo.

Participants are required to wear warm waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear. Please bring along wellies, sunscreen and a packed lunch.
