Prof Terri Scott was guest speaker at the Sligo Rotary Club Lunch held on Monday 29th of March at the Sligo Park Hotel. Addressing the gathering President Scott outlined Institute’s development plans, in particular the extensive building works over the Summer 2010 period. She concluded her address by saying that she wished to “Position IT Sligo and the region as a magnet for investment and economic development; inclusive and innovative partnerships; high quality undergraduate and graduate education; flexible delivery, outreach and applied research.” Rotary President, Joseph Martin thanked Prof Scott for her presentation and complimented her and her leadership team for their excellent work in making IT Sligo one of the most progressive third level colleges in Ireland.
