Amy completed a BSc and PhD in Human Nutrition at Ulster University. Since graduating Amy has worked at the University of East Anglia, Queen’s University Belfast, the European Food Safety Authority, the World Cancer Research Fund International, the WHO International Agency for Research on Cancer and University College Dublin.
