Caroline Casey is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.  Prior to working in academia she gained over twenty years professional experience working in a number of HR Management roles with Bank of Ireland and later in IT Sligo.    Her areas of special interest are varied and include coaching in the workplace; people management skills for the non HR specialist and work psychology.  Caroline is a fellow of the CIPD and member of the Association for Coaching.
