As Student Recruitment and Retention Officer at ITSligo i  have a key role in organising, managing and executing all on campus student recruitment events such as Open Day, Course Info Day, Careers Fairs and TY Taster Days.  In relation to Retention, i would be responsible for developing and managing all retention initiatives such as Induction and the Student Mentoring programme, while also conducting research and exploring new initatives aimed at improving the student experience and overall retention rates.
