Northwest Energy Communities Start-up (NECS)

Northwest Energy Communities Start-up, is funded by Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and is being carried out by ATU Sligo & Good Energies Alliance Ireland (GEAI). The project is designed to work directly with active communities that have not yet focused on energy. The project will work closely with six communities (Drumshanbo, Carrick-on-Shannon, Ballinamore, Carrigallen, Grange and Ballyshannon)to see how they use energy. Its aim is to encourage those communities to become energy citizens and play an active role in their own energy future.

Doorstep survey – One of our volunteer teams will be in your community in June or July. Please give them 5 mins of your time to fill in your survey.
