Andy Rogers heads up the Sligo Business Network (SBN), a Sligo support group based in London. Andy and Sligo Business Network host a number of events in the UK to promote Sligo as a centre for enterprise development. Andy’s great work in promoting Sligo has been formally recognised recently when he was appointed to the Global Irish Network – as an enterprise ambassador for Ireland. While on a visit to Sligo Andy called to the Innovation Centre at IT Sligo to view our research and innovation facilities at first hand. The Innovation Centre is forging links with successful Sligo entrepreneurs based in the UK through the Sligo Business Network.
