‘Sligo Comes To London’ On June 7th

Sligo Chamber of Commerce, in association with the Sligo Business Network in London , is inviting alumni from Institute of Technology, Sligo to a special Sligo evening in London on Wednesday, June 7th,  2017.

‘Sligo Comes To London’ will bring together a range of a range of business, community and civic leaders from Sligo, and UK-based business leaders and professionals with strong connections to the North West of Ireland.

The event takes place in Queen Mary Hall of the Doyle’s Bloomsbury Hotel, 16 Great Russell St, London WC1B 3NN, just a short distance from Tottenham Court tube station.

Keynote speaker will be Kingsley Aikins, Founder of Diaspora Matters and former President of the Worldwide Ireland Funds, who has strong Sligo links.

The outgoing Ambassador of Ireland to Great Britain Dan Mulhall will be the special guest.

The evening is being supported by Project 7 Construction Ltd and will provide a real opportunity to London-based Sligo diaspora to reconnect with the local business network.
