Students have until Monday 29th August at 17:15 to accept first round offers. Round Two Offers are issued on Thursday, 1st September from 06:00.
At the same time as first round offers of places are issued to successful applicants, notices are sent to those who did not receive any offer.
The 2016 CAO Level 6 & 7 Available Places are updated on a daily basis. You can apply Online from 12pm on Tuesday 23rd August on the CAO website.
Leaving Cert Applicants:
Applicants must meet the normal minimum entry requirements for these courses. Minimum entry requirements are: 5 subjects including Mathematics, and English or Irish. Some courses do not require Mathematics – see individual course information. Entry requirements to Level 7 programmes include a minimum of 140 points.
Any full level 5 FETAC course with minimum 8 subjects. Where Mathematics is a requirement, Leaving Certificate Mathematics or a FETAC Mathematics module will meet the entry requirement.
IT Sligo welcomes students from Northern Ireland and elsewhere in Great Britain to apply to the CAO (www.cao.ie) for the above courses.
